How our websites feel
Licence, years on the tools, real photos, the suburbs you cover. Read in thirty seconds, before the call.
A Request a callback button on every page. They leave a name and number, you get a text with both, so you can call them back when you're next free.
The services page says what you do and don't do, and the FAQ answers the questions people ring about. What's left are people who've decided and want a date.
What they look like
Are you real? What you do, where you go, a call button that stays on screen. Hours, after-hours line, the suburbs you drive to.
Do you do my job? Split systems, ducted, evaporative, servicing, breakdowns, replacements. In the words a customer types.
Do others trust you? Your Google reviews on the page, with the jobs they came from.
Who turns up? ARCtick number, insurance, years on the tools, the face at the door.
Can I reach you? Four questions: system, suburb, what it's doing, how urgent. Emails you the moment it's sent.
On every page Included
- Fast on a 4G phone. Lighter than one photo. This page, measured: 211 KB · 7 files · 0.00 layout shift · 0 trackers
- Words you edit in a spreadsheet. New price, new suburb: a cell edit, not a developer.
- Set up to be found. Titles, headings and suburb pages written for the searches HVAC gets.
Need more than five pages? Say so on the call and it gets quoted. The first job stays small so two weeks is a real date.

FAQ
What does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and what has to connect to what. You get the figure on the 15-minute call, before any money moves.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the first call. A week to design and build, then a walk-through where you say what to change. The dates are set on the first call.
Do I need to write anything?
No. Opta writes the words, you correct them. What's needed from you: licence number, suburb list, hours, and a few photos off your phone. After launch, a price change or a new suburb is a cell edit in a spreadsheet.
I already have a site. Does that matter?
It stays up and keeps taking calls while the new one is built. The switch happens once, after you've approved the new site. Domain and email stay yours.
Do you actually know HVAC?
Heating and cooling is the trade Opta builds for, which is why this page talks about ducted systems and ARCtick licences. The intake starts by asking what you install, service and repair, because a split-system installer and a commercial refrigeration crew shouldn't get the same site.
Who owns the site, the domain and the email?
You do, from day one. An existing domain stays in your name and Opta points it at the new site. A new one is registered to you. Walking away never costs you your web address.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. The first job stays small so it ships in two weeks. A new service page, a suburb page or a gallery of your installs is quoted separately later.
Will it be fast on a phone in a hallway with one bar of signal?
That's what it's built for. Lighter than one photo, no tracking scripts, no cookie banner, and the call button is on screen before the rest has loaded. The numbers under Six pages are measured on this page.
Does the form actually reach me?
Yes. It emails you the second it's sent, with the suburb and the system in the subject line, and logs the same enquiry to a spreadsheet. It never sits only in an inbox you check at nine at night.
Have you done this before?
One site so far, for Reel Film, a Melbourne film and video business. Scott's words are under the timeline. Not an HVAC job. HVAC is the trade Opta is building its book in, which is why this page shows numbers instead of a portfolio.
What happens after it goes live?
It's yours and you can run it yourself. If you'd rather someone else handled edits, hosting and the domain, there's an optional monthly care plan, priced on the call.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Melbourne and the greater suburbs. Just outside? Email hello@opta.au or ring 0402 227 069 and say where you are.
I am not in heating and cooling. Can you still help?
Yes. Same method for any trade or profession. Websites for any business.
