Who we are

Opta is Matthew Byrden, trading as Opta Operations (ABN 13 458 566 712), in Melbourne, Victoria. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@opta.au.

What you tell us

When you finish the intake steps, your answers and the contact details you type (name, business, email or phone, notes) are sent to our own automation system, stored there, and used to reply to you and prepare for our call. While you are partway through, your browser keeps your answers on your own device so a reload doesn't lose them.

If you book a call, the booking is made with Cal.com, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your details or use them for advertising. Email us and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see what works: which pages are read, how people found the site, roughly where they are and on what device, how far through the intake steps people get, and whether they call, email or book. It doesn't tell us who you are.
